Sebastian Luft, der an zahlreichen Hochschulen beiderseits des Atlantiks gelehrt hat, ist Professor für Philosophie an der Marquette Universität in Milwaukee. He has worked in the areas of phenomenology and the philosophy of culture. His newer interest is a systematic comparison between phenomenology and pragmatism. Since 2019 he is, together with Konstantin Pollok and Andrea Staiti, editor of the Journal for Transcendental Philosophy (DeGruyter).
